Purposes and legal basis
Data may be processed to receive and assess your enquiry, respond to you, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights, relying on an applicable processing condition under Article 5 of KVKK according to the nature of the request.
Unless there is a separate legal basis, information you share is not used for advertising or marketing.
Transfers and service providers
If you contact the firm by email, your data may be processed through the infrastructure of the email service provider used by the firm. Where the provider uses systems outside Türkiye, any transfer abroad must be handled under Article 9 of KVKK and applicable secondary legislation using an appropriate transfer mechanism. The provider and mechanism should be confirmed before launch.
Retention
Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable law, and is erased, destroyed or anonymised when the legal basis for retention ceases.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11, you have rights including learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, learning the purpose and recipients of processing, requesting correction or erasure where the legal conditions are met, objecting to adverse results reached solely through automated analysis, and claiming compensation for unlawful processing.
